What happened at TOA2018 - Satellite Event with LSP
We are still elevated by the amazing atmosphere during our TOA2018 Satellite Event at Impact Hub Berlin. We hosted a "Lego® Serious Play® 101 - Experience the method" workshop for 25 people. The participants had to build models to the questions "What is my nightmare task at work?" and "How am I helping the world with my skills?" We had some great learnings as outcomes.

The participants got to know eacht other pretty quickly and realized that eventhough they are from different corners of the world (Greece, Portugal, Japan...) and from very different work areas that they have some challenges, problems and struggels in common. The method was easily accepted and embraced by all participants equally. The international teams got a similar understanding of concepts and challenges through 3D-models they build to explain their thoughts and ideas. It was beautiful to see Lego as a universal language.
