Elizaveta Petcheniouk
Elizaveta is an Innovation Consultant and certified Design Thinking and Lego® Serious Play® Moderator and Facilitator who works with Start-ups, Non-Profits and DAX-Corporates on national and international level.
The topics she works on the range from the future of connectivity to depopulation in rural areas on EU-level. To help teams find an exciting, innovative solution, she designs workshops using agile methods like Design Thinking, Lego® Serious Play® and Google Sprint depending on the needs of the client. The diversity of topics, company sizes, countries and people is what excites her most.
Jennifer Pauli
Jennifer is an Innovation Consultant for startups, non-profits, corporates. She designs innovation processes, innovation culture, ideation sessions, vision building, business model innovation and how to integrate agile & creative methods in daily business.
She is a certified Lego® Serious Play® moderator & facilitator since 2017, did the Basic & Advanced Track in Design Thinking at the d.school in Potsdam (Germany) and studied Media- & Communication in Jena (Germany) and Lisboa (Portugal). To spark new ways to work together, forming teams, support people to get confident about their creative potential and give impulses on how to make your workplace a happier and more productive place motivates her most.
