Berlin Social Academy at Zalando
Last week we were part of the Berlin Social Academy organized by Zalando, Scout24, Scholz & Friends Reputation, the hero team of B.Z. and Microsoft Germany, where we gave an LSP workshop.
Our participants were social businesses like Viva Con Agua, Soulbottles, Suprsports and startnext. The goal of our workshop was for the participants to create an understanding of their identity and situation they are in today, then move on to their external image or how they are perceived from the outside and finally, to create a future version of their company they aspire to be. In the end each participant had three Lego models, so we could analyze the differences those three models revealed and gain some very unique insights. One insight we liked a lot was the realization about a gap between the core activities of the company and the external image of the company. Only by becoming aware of such discrepancies, we are actually able to shift our strategy and change the course of our actions.
We are very thankful for the possibility to work with such great game changers and are extremely inspired by the highly motivated, passionate and open minded people we have met.
Keep on changing the world, guys!
